No Problems - Azealia Banks

After watching the video for this, I realized that I actually saw Azealia Banks while I was in Miami. She makes some good music.

As Your Friend (feat. Chris Brown) - Afrojack

I really enjoyed Afrojack’s UMF set, so I figured I’d share a tune.

It’s Time - Imagine Dragons

This one came on shuffle while I was getting some work done. Needless to say, I stopped what I was doing and started singing aloud.

Ultra Music Festival is one of the largest gatherings of electronic lovers in the world. Luckily, I got to attend the first weekend and wanted to write a little about my experience.
Pros
Ultra Music Festival has all the fun in the world. Constantly surrounded by people who love all the artists you love is unlike any other feeling. Screaming out at the top of your lungs alongside 80,000 other people truly makes you enjoy music more.
As a venue, Ultra Music Festival has some of the best artists. Over a course of three days, I saw over 20 of the best acts electronic music has to offer. Also, as a city, Miami is a beautiful. For our entire stay, we ate at some of the best places and had some of the best fun.
Cons
Ultra Music Festival no doubt has one of the best venues, but the promises of “free water” were short-lived. Having to fork over $5 for a $1 bottle of water was painful. Also, since card machines weren’t utilized, several buddies of mine had to fork over an additional $5 for ATMs, essentially causing them to spend $10 on a bottle of water.
Since it was Ultra’s 15th year anniversary, plans to make the event over two weekends went into action. As a first-time Ultra attendee, this was very unfortunate since we only got to see half the lineup, for the full price.
Overall
Ultra Music Festival was a great experience. Would I go back? Unless it went back to one weekend, or the lineups were the same, Probably not.

Walter White - Above & Beyond

Preparing for Ultra Music Festival, I’ve been pumping myself with good electronic music for the past week. Walter White is a new single named after the infamous character from Vince Gilligan’s Breaking Bad.

Little Bit (Auto Erotique Bootleg Remix) - Lykke Li

One of my favorite tracks I stumbled upon at a party last week.

Stay Close - Flume

Stumbled upon this artist a few weeks back.

Sunshine - David Guetta & Avicii

Counting down the days until I get to see Avicii. Such a talented artist and I get to jam to him with 100,000+ other people.

It’s going to be fun.

We’ve all connected the dots on puzzles throughout our lives. English rock band Foals decided to take this approach and incorporate it in their new music video for My Number.

A great idea coupled with a great band.
